2. AI Services & Usage Terms
2.1 Consent. By using the AI Try-On feature, you affirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our AI processing terms. You consent to the processing of your uploaded images as described in our Privacy Policy.
2.2 Prohibited Uses. You agree not to:
- Upload obscene, violent, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models
- Use the AI service to generate content that infringes on third-party rights
- Submit images of individuals without their explicit consent
2.3 No Guarantee of Results. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, fit, or suitability. Results are for style reference only and do not constitute professional tailoring or medical advice.
2.4 Service Availability. AI services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Our Content. All website content, trademarks, logos, and design elements are the property of Sway Lane Studio unless otherwise noted.
3.2 Your Content. You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the AI service, you grant Sway Lane a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
3.3 AI Output. Generated images are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sway Lane Studio, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the AI services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or personal injury. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sway Lane Studio harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the AI services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
